Since graduating our first class in 2012, we now have over 100 alumni across the United States and in Puerto Rico, practicing in academic and/or community settings. Many of our grads have gone on to do a wide array of fellowships throughout the country including EMS/tactical medicine, disaster medicine, wilderness medicine, global health, ultrasound, critical care, simulation, pediatric EM, clinical informatics, operations and administration, medical education, and palliative care. In the last four years, over 40% of our graduates have pursued fellowship. In addition, several of our grads have held various leadership roles such as medical director, fellowship director, division director, residency leadership, and more! We’re so proud of everyone and all they’ve accomplished, and we look forward to continue growing our alumni network.
OUR MOST RECENT GRADS — The Class of 2023, the true “COVID class”, prided themselves on pushing the boundaries of EM to promote equity and better the community they serve. They will doing just that by serving their hometowns or new cities from one coast to the other (in some of the most competitive markets) in settings ranging from rural community EDs to urban academic Level 1 Trauma Centers.
CONNECT WITH US — We encourage our alumni to connect with us, update us on personal and professional news, and stay in touch. We want to know about your life post-residency and keep you updated on activities and accomplishments of our department.
