Dr. Riley Grosso Recognized Systemwide for Commitment to Value

Our own Dr. Riley Grosso, Director of Quality and Peer Review for the Department of Emergency Medicine, was recently recognized for her exceptional Commitment to Value across the UH system. A very well-deserved recognition, and we couldn’t be prouder of her!

Since joining the UH family in 2017, Dr. Grosso has completely transformed our quality improvement process. She has created a culture of mindful growth, self-reflection, and forward thinking to make us better for our patients and each other. Not only has she initiated the most highly educational Peer Review process and Morbidity and Mortality Conferences within our Dept/residency, but she has translated the lessons learned from this process into simulation content for practical learning for our residents, physicians, and staff across the UH system. We are forever grateful for her dedication, leadership, advocacy, and commitment to growth and lifelong learning.
