Our PD Dr. Matt Stull opened the CORD Regional Meeting today with a great talk on mentorship!

Developing strong, meaningful mentor-mentee relationships is something we strive for in our residency, and learning how to optimize these relationships can lead to more fulfilling careers in EM (and beyond!). We love that Dr. Stull had the opportunity to share his mentoring pearls with others!
