Dr. McFarland Named Educator of the Year!

Congratulations to Dr. Dan McFarland who was selected as the Educator of the Year by the Class of 2022! From ambulance bay rounds to intern book clubs to leading thoughtful journal club discussions and everything in between, Dr. McFarland is an amazing educator and we’re so lucky our residents get to learn from him! After serving as our attending for the past three years, he is pursuing a Sports Medicine fellowship at UH(!!) this upcoming academic year, while staying on as EM faculty. We’re thrilled he’s not going anywhere, and we look forward to continue learning from him!
