Dr. Andrew Golden named Clinical Elective Site Director by CWRU School of Medicine!
Congratulations to our Clerkship Director Dr. Andrew Golden on being named Clinical Elective Site Director for University Hospitals by Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine!
In just one year, Dr. Golden has made a significant mark on UH and CWRU education efforts! He (with the support of our MedEd and Academic Leadership Fellows) have re-imagined both the third and fourth-year medical student EM clerkship curriculums, implemented the national best practices in assessment for the students, and lead the development of CWRU’s Transition to Residency program.
In this new role, he will work to update, support, and provide oversight to all clinical student electives at University Hospitals! We’re so proud of his accomplishments in such a short amount of time and look forward for what’s to come!
