Empowering Advocacy & Leadership Early

A big theme woven throughout Intern Orientation has been advocacy and leadership. From breakfast discussions with our Chair & Vice Chair to Leadership Book Club to an entire day dedicated to the Social Determinants of Health (SDH), we have been empowering our newly minted interns to be mindful skilled advocates and leaders both in and out of the ED.
